The Harrison Festival of the Arts kicked off last week, as well as Jam in Jubilee in Abbotsford, and this weekend, the Vancouver Folk Music Festival takes over Jericho Beach Park, while The Mission Folk Music Festival takes place next week… What a great time for music in the mainland!

Stay tuned to CIVL Radio 101.7 FM for updates and coverage of the festivals, with such regular CIVL programs as Songbag with Ed Wilson and Psycho Radio with Amos Evans.

Don’t forget about Jam in Jubilee on Thursdays until August 11th, specifically NEXT week, July 21st, between 7-9 pm, when CIVL Radio 101.7 FM sponsors the night’s music and events, as well as our first Volunteer Awards Ceremony!
