The #CIVLBattle is over the halfway hump in first round competition, and it was a perfect way to slide into the last two nights before our fan voting and playoff round!
Minnesota Nice had possibly the best crowd response in their opening slot, as CIVL’s own weekly sports authority Mike Murie drummed his band’s way to a third place finish on an absolutely stacked lineup.
One of the highest overall scoring nights of the battle so far, the race for first place was as tight as expected coming into the evening.
Guts and Glory looked unstoppable after a
raucous second set, finishing strong and showing why this night was different than most other #CIVLBattle nights!
Losses squeaked out a win, and it’s possible that after Fan voting is completed, every band on this bill will appear in the playoff rounds! Click here to videos from each band.
